If you encounter obstacles in your life that prevent you from blossoming, from feeling good, from creating a life that looks like you, from developing harmonious relationships, from expressing yourself, from setting your limits, from committing to someone or something, etc.
If you have one or more objectives, projects, aspirations that you would like to achieve, whether personal, professional or relational, then you are in the right place.
Coaching is a process-based approach. It is a question of starting from a point A, the unsatisfied situation you encounter, towards a point B, the state you desire, the objective you want to achieve.
It is fundamental that you are in a process of well-being, questioning and opening with the desire to move forward and move towards a life that represents you.
What isn't life coaching about...
Although it may also be complementary, it is not a space where the "why" of the obstacles or difficulties encountered will be addressed. For people who want to know the source of their problem(s), it is better to turn to a psychologist or psychotherapist.
It is not a space of therapy turned towards the past but a space of openness resolutely oriented towards the present solutions and the perspective of a better future.
Nor is it a substitute for treatment or a way of treating certain pathologies that cause distress and psychological suffering.
